About the Founder, Douglas E Gray whose background in Information Technology dates back to 1993,
when he started a Computer Repair company, that focused on supporting such clients as the United States Postal Service, covering territories throughout California. During the subsequent years Gray also started a Software company
that introduced one of the first Software Piracy products based on Modem Technology and was also showcased
during the first IT Trade Mission between the United States and Egypt were Gray was selected as one of 8 companies who participated. In 2010 Gray developed a cloud-based software product designed to manage and track Insurance Compliance
for vendors doing business with municipalities, which today is being used to manage any type of compliance as defined by its subscribers. Today, the same technology first developed over a decade ago now serves as eFile management platform, that allows subscribers to store, manage, track and calculate expenses related to one or more files.
